How does the point system on this game work?
Does anyone have any idea how the points are awarded on this game in multiplayer? I've been playing for a month now(with all the issues the game has). And by far the most annoying thing is losing even though I won 3-4 out of the five events. I find there is almost no incentive to win. Its almost like you are more likely to be in number 1 for wrecking everyone else. Is this the case? I asked EA and guess what. They dont seem to have a clue. Maybe someone on here could shed some light on this.
I pretty much know how scoring works.
- 100p for a Takedown
- 150(?)p for Top Scorer Takedown
- 200p for being first to Meet-Up
- 100(200?) for being first to score during Challenge/Speedtests
- X x 50p for spotted enemy Takedown, be it you or anyone on your team
For event positions, score goes down from 1st position, usually 2nd gets 500p less, 3rd 200p less than 2nd etc
For 12 players present, 1st place gets 4000p. For 11 players, it's 3500p. Basically, the less players there are, the smaller the winning wages are. I think it goes down to 2000p for 1st with 2 players, but I'm not sure atm.
Of course, aforementioned x2 breaks it all 🙂
Sometime players carry over their score from the previous speedlist, that's why they start with ~12k points. I'm not sure what might be the reason behind this. I blame client-host communication.
