How i can get the bmw evolution e30 on need for speed payback?

Hi, how i can get the bmw e30 evolution m3 on need for speed payback? On every car list i see the bmw e30 evolution m3. Is this car a special car that i can get only when i have 100% on nfs? pls.help

Does anyone knows what to do to unlock BMW M3 e30 and other cars are  there any special tasks I need to do to get them?

    I heard the will be added later on, because of somethings not being finished yet or something like that
