How to change profiles in Need for Speed Most Wanted (PC Origin) (2012)?

Hi.  I was wondering if it was possible to change user profiles in Need for Speed Most Wanted (2012) (PC Origin version) incase a family member wanted their own profile on the game?  (Without creating an all new Origin account?)
