How to disable controller steering damping in NFS games?

In new NFS games (Payback, 2015 and I think it will affect Heat), controller steering damping is activated when the player uses an Xbox gamepad. If you use a generic xinput device, controller steering damping is not available. Controller damping can be really useful when playing with a gamepad, but it is too intense (or it miss at all if the gamepad is not an xbox). I am sure that this can be configured, but it is hidden from the player.

So, for example, in NFS15, I had to add GstInput.DeadzoneCenter 0.040000 in configuration file, because in game slider does not allow to set the dead zone to less than 15% (?).

The keyboard is the same thing (too much damping). These games are very unpleasant to play, because of such a little but very annoying thing.

So, IS THERE THE WAY to disable controller damping or configure it?

P.S. Сontroller damping sets a limit on how quickly the virtual steering wheel will match the actual input. Example: if I pulled the stick 100% to the left for 300 milliseconds, the wheels in the game will reach 100% left position only after 1000 milliseconds. The PC2, for example, allows to configure this setting. This is not something new or weird, just in our case, the game designers consider the players to be idiots who can not handle one more slider in the menu.
