I'm keep searching, but without result. I want to know how to unlock/achive, air vent on mask or air inlet. I want to mount it on my Mustang derelic, but i have no idea how to get it.
Level up your derelict cars to Lv300 in order to unlock super build which it includes the air inlet. Super Builds are like a package deal. Lol.

As already said its just available for superbuilts which are only avaiable for dereliced cars. But in runner class you can't do superbuilts and in the racer class the blower will not appear for super builts.
Somehow my derelict fairlady 240z superbuild air inlet is placed at the back.. how odd.
Well now i know why i cant get it. My Mustang is racer class. Thanks for help guys. 🙂
Yeah I wish there were more customisation options on super builds. If I want a big intake on my race class car, they should let me add one lol. It's not a game breaker, but it would be nice all the same.
