How to get Beyond LV299
I have a Honda2000 at level 299 but i cant seem to increase the rating beyond 299 . please tell me how thanks

For most cars, it caps at 299. The max range can be seen in all performance customization screens in the game.
Do not fret, as long as you keep combining better cards, you'll be good for higher level races as long as they aren't drag. I beat the 1% club with a 299 GNX, it had higher overall acceleration/top speed compared to the NPCs with my killer speed cards.
