Unfortunately, there isn't any safe way to move an application between drives.
Within the origin client you can set the location games install to,
- open the origin/application settings menu
Set the Downloaded games location to your other drive, then uninstall and reinstall the game. If you are using the cloud storage you wont lose any progression.
Hope that helps.

Thank you so much for your help! I will try this and see if it does the trick. It makes very good sense and I really don't mind doing the reinstall. I'll reply back with my results so that others may get some benefit, too.

I believe the Origin Client wants the games in the same folder in Origin Games " C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games " .
Changing the Install Location for new games should change where Origin will look for already installed game.
I want to move my Origin contents from SSD ( OS drive ) to my Sata6 HD. Which is want I think you need as well. There should be a procedure from Origin or EA for this already... I know Steam has a solution that works for them by saving the app folder ( containing the game ) and moving it out of the Steam folder prior to uninstall. Then replacing the app folder with the old one after re-install.
I'll keep looking and if solution found, I'll post back here for you. Have you found a solution ? If so, please respond,, lol
