How to restore derelict doors

I’ve just restored the Mustang and the 240ZG derelicts, I’ve replaced a lot of parts but the doors are still rusty. Is there any way to restore the doors or do I just have to put decals over them?

    Changing the roof will restore the doors.

you also have to have the car over 300 to Unlock roof. Than the doors will change with roof

You do not have to have 300 to restore the roof. You have to hit up one more time. There are 2 locked options with the roof customization between them.
Here is a pic with everything painted and modified on the derelict Beatle and the 2 lock options I was referring to.
