How to restore derelict doors

I’ve just restored the Mustang and the 240ZG derelicts, I’ve replaced a lot of parts but the doors are still rusty. Is there any way to restore the doors or do I just have to put decals over them?

    Changing the roof will restore the doors.

Life hack, download a community wrap. That's what I did. Works the same as paint, just find one you like and delete the decals you don't
