how to start a new game in nfs most wanted PC

I do I start a new game in nfs most wanted PC. I've tried deleting the save files and uninstalling and reinstalling and all my points and wins keep returning. I have cloud disabled. Any help would be appreciated.

    I have had success deleting the save game file in 'My Documents'.

    The speeds for your stuff on the autowall will still be there. But you will have to re-do all your races and re-modify all the cars.
