How to unlock Need for Speed 18 frame limit on EA Desktop App

    I can use the following launch option on Origin to get Need for Speed 18 to 60 fps at normal game speed.

-GameTime.MaxSimFps 60   -GameTime.ForceSimRate 60 

    However, these commands cannot be used on the EA Desktop App.The EA Desktop app prompts me to use the new advanced boot options, but how do I write the new advanced boot options to make Need for Speed 18 reach 60 frames at normal speed?

    I purchased several games from the Need for Speed series.I really enjoyed playing Need for Speed 18.
