yea i just recently bought nfs heat from steam bc of the 95% discount, after installing i went straight to playing it but then i got a weird error message like the ss that i posted, coincidentally i also got this error the first time i played FC 24 when it was also on discount, can anyone help me?

yes i have, multiple times actually
Try launching the game from inside the EA app, do not use Steam.
problem is i dont have the game on the ea app for some reason
Is there a possibility that your Steam account is using a different EA app account from the main one you use? This would explain the fact you are not seeing your game.
