How We Switch Characters?

I am assuming the character will switch depending on which event you decide to play. Tyler plays sprints, circuits and drags, mac does drifts and offroad and jess does events with the cops.

another possibility they could do is the cars themselves have tyler drive the race and drag car, mac drives offroad and drift cars and jess drives runner cars

in the hiest mission the character switch was automatic, so i have a feeling the rest of the game will be the same way
