There should be a "slider" for COP difficulty?? How hard could it be to implement something like that?? 🤔
I'm still only fairly low level Rep, so my best car is around 172 on their scale from memory, but I've given up on night racing.
Busted too many times for stupid reasons, bank constantly at ZERO!!!
I even just got busted right on finishing and WINNING a DAY race!!
Cop ran straight up my arse, another rammed from the front, my car was busted, and BAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Give us ALL your money you just won!
HAH!!! What a stupid joke, I'm about to delete this to the never never bin along with Tom Clancys busted arse game! 👎
Loved your fantastic humour in your post about the cop robbing you of your race money and the Tom Clancy game.
I agree both of these games belong on a shelf soon.
NFS Heat is more about some glamor cop state and the outrageous egos for fashion show of dressing up our characters in the game is just a bunch of nonessential importance.
I'm here to race not have a fashion party with outfits for my driver.
Ghost Studios lost focus with this concept.
I mean I understand they are experimenting with new ideas, but I'm not feeling at peace with this direction of the game.
Also, the shadows in the game I noticed are way off balance.
They had this same problem in Payback too.
Sunsets and moons don't reflect Shadow's correctly or even trees or building's or people in the cut scenes.
Just thought I'd mention that.
Again loved your comments.
Take care. 😁

I've played nearly every NFS since II SE.
Like payback, the game has potential but at the moment it's absurd. We need trigger events, weapons or a cap on heat level and cop speed. Or all 3, to be honest. What made the original MW great was the near perfect risk-reward balance.
I'd like the devs to show us how it's possible to shake off level 5 heat in each car performance segment (150-200-250, etc)

Yes and Amen to your beautiful post.
Ghost should have made it balanced like MW but sadly we got police on egos hunting us down like some Tom Clancy game....LOL😁
Have a great day.
- 6 years ago@BLVD69 Yes Ghost Games lost focus of a racing game this time. But TBH I think the reason they go sideways in their games is for their uselessness in making a fun good arcade racing game. All 3 full Ghost NFS were made in 2 years. However Criterion and Blackbox both did great job with less time.MW05 was fun and that didn't take them 2 years,HP2010 was the best IMO after classic era and that was made in 1-1.5 years.EA really should first recognize NFS history and racing games status. Then they also should find a better dev than rubbish GG.If next NFS can be done by a more potential dev and just bring back classic style since it's been too long, then maybe NFS can redeem the continous failures of Ghost since 2015/Rivals.A real back to the root simple game is what NFS needs now to save itself.I hope EA can recognize that.
