From what You say, I can understand it clearly that You bought the "wrong key". Most likey You did it on purpose because the PL/RU version is cheapper...
EA support could change PL\RU key to global key but in most cases they are refusing coz you paid less for the game.
The only option (to solve this language problem) is to contact an EA adviser & "realy nicely, kindly, politely, humbly, respectfully, earnestly..." request/ask if they can change you key!
The best thing for you to do is to contact a game adviser (the nice folks over at EA support) for more help with this. There’s nothing we can do on the forum Answer HQ to fix "wrong game key" issues like this.
