    @pawan37611 Hi, I removed the image, we don't need to see that and we don't want private information to be visible here. 

    In your case it just sounds like a mixup. Can you ensure that you're logged in with the same account that you used before you got your new phone? Was it synced up before you swapped over? Perhaps if you still have it to hand you can grab the old phone and update your save?
