I bought NFS Heat in Steam but I can't play it

So, a few days ago I bought NFS Heat on Steam because it was on discount, the problem comes when I open the game and the EA app says “Preparing the game” when a few seconds pass a screen appears from...

For the game issue, try launching it directly from the EA app instead of using Steam. As for the linking problem, reach out to EA Support through EA Help.
