i cant change custom wheel bindings, no matter what i press (NFS 2015).

I wanted to fix the usual controller issues that NFS 2015 has and many said that I have to unbind my custom wheel controls, however i cant edit the bindings no matter what device I'm using (keyboard, ps4 controller running ds4, even tried an old wheel i had, thrustmaster ferrari red legend, just to try and fix this). I even tried to find these specific settings in the profileoptions file, however there i only saw the sensitivity settings, not the bindings. Does anyone have any solution to this?
