Whenever I try to play it says invalid account then says go to ea help support and idk what to do

Hi, if this happens, your EA account that's linked to your console account will be in a state where it needs to have its password changed.
For most people, they'll have a single EA account and can just reset the password.However some folks might have another (usually older) EA account tied to their current console account.
To find the EA account in question please go to help.ea.com and log in there using the your console's login option.
That should put you on the right account, and you can reset the password: https://help.ea.com/en/help/account/if-you-forgot-your-ea-account-id-or-password/
You can also check the Update Your Information page, if you're unsure of the email address in question.
