Can't play online on Xbox. I don't no why... I don't got age-restriction, and I have Xbox Live Gold... Also got an EA account
@SharkeyHero If you are playing on a sub-account that is underage then you will not be able to play online.
I have a simple solution for you.
1.Contact Xbox and check you account with them first and make sure your system and internet connection is all working to.

2.Contact EA right away get a service ticket and explain to them whats going on see if they can help you.

Yes, I got Xbox Live Gold, and it gives an error message. Don't know it pressure but something about it can't connect to the EA-servers

OK, I think I can do that in fifteen minutes.
My account isn't set on adult, but I got age restrictions off, and in other games I can play online.
The error message says:'This account can't get online. There are a few reasons why this might be. See http://ea.com/unable-to-connect for possible reasons and some troubleshooting you can try.'

Community Manager@SharkeyHero If the account is not set to adult then this is most likely your issue. Are you able to set it to adult?
I got to aka my father haha. But at my Microsoft settings I got age restriction off, so what is the difference?
