I have some update about the problem aswell.
If you start via steam and wait 1-2 hours the game will start, but its just mad to always wait 2 hours for a game to start!
Lets hope that EA will have a look in this problem soon!!!!!!!!!!!!

having the same issue, reinstalled origin twice, and reinstalled NFS heat twice, have NFS heat trial in my library, may be causing the issue, doesnt know which to launch
