I cant start NFS Heat via Steam or Origin.

Hi!

I bought the game Need for speed Heat, via STEAM.

All went true and I installed the game. -so far so good.

It asked me to install the Origin app, I have it installed and I logged in. -so far so good.

Im logged in to steam and origin. I have checked that I have the right acc connected at ea.com (on my profile) -so far so good.

I try to start the game and nothing happends! - not so good any more!

I have tried out to reinstall game and origin and try to start it from origin/steam/nvidia and virce verca. nothing happens.

I have been in connact with the support about clearing cashe on Origin and download it again, still same problem.

I have been in connact with steam they tell me to verify the game via local files - did not work

They tell me to reinstall steam., done that... still same problem.

I have been in conntact again with the customer support from EA that says that i should make a ticket here and spec. much as I can and see if I get any respond.

I can attach my DxDiag and MyMsInfo if you want but I have it in my ticket aswell on EA. (62384412)

I have Apex installed on Origin and there is no problem to play that game.

I have other games on steam that works fine to play via steam aswell.

I have the latest update on windows and nvidia drivers and bios etc...

So what happends exacly is that I start the game from steam and steam starts OriginThinSetupInteral (first time setup) and nothing happends, it dosent freeze or lag, it just brings me back to steam as i have never pressed the start button.

I see the game in Origin and same thing happens if i try to start it from Origin.

I have checked windows firewall and defender and there is nothing there.

My suggestion is that i get a CDkey and start the game only from Origin insteed but the customer suppert dont have that as a option.

PLEASE try to help me because im going crazy this 3 days that I have tried EVERYTHING! (and sorry for the bad English.)
