I cant unlock ultimate parts help-solved thank u all

I am doing the heat races and escaping successfully, i even have the little purple car part behind the players car on the minimap yet i check my parts and i have nothing ultimate someone please pleas...

Im level 50 and I completed the races 5 times and yet still nothing
