I can't use the red bull 370z in nfs heat

I redeemed the code when it came out but when I switched to ps5 this error showed up

    Hello fire_panda2009​,

    If you have redeemed the code on the PS4, most likely you will not be able to transfer to PS5. Still to make sure you should talk to EA support.
