I got mine! I saw this on another post, but you have to finish a heat 5 event and then return to the garage. It will give you the nitrous, horn and tire smoke along with the volatile parts! It's an annoying workaround but it works dude.

Yeah I read the same thing and I ended up doing it and it actually worked so that's the way to do it thank you !

I did the heat 5 event and returned to the garage i didnt get my rewards at all and i grinned all day for it. I have all achievements yet i dont have all the rewards.;-;
