Install any available Windows Updates.
Search your game install location for *.exe and then right click and run the vcredist files as an Administrator.
Retry and let us know here how you get on, thanks.
Nothing happend... i 've done all the things you suggested and didnt work

I still can't play the game. I've already upgraded my gpu drivers and windows but it still not working. Please help me.

Can you try uninstalling any apps and drivers associated with your Razer BlackWidow Chroma V2 and retry while just using standard Windows drivers please.

I tried something else that i saw in an other thread. Someone said to disable in-game origin and as i soon as i did that the game worked perfect. I dont know if this is a bug but it works for me.

Through the origin client i disabled in-game origin by right clicking on the game and clicking on the disable in-game origin (just saying) and it worked for me. The only thing is that i cant access origin in the game and cant see other people's profile but the game runs completely normal- @FujiwaraTakumi99 that works
