I got one basic method of "the map is not loading itself" on PC.

You boot up NFS Heat on PC, play Solo and your screen is constantly fading out outside of the garage? Yep, that happened to me. So, I changed my mind and I played Online. I'm in garage outs...

Reposting so a solution can be marked:

"Here's what I did.

Go to EA App, click Manage>Repair. And wait to get it downloaded completely.

It worked back to normal after that. Silly me. xP"
