    Please expect 24-48 hours to process your order. Your game will be shipped out via the chosen shipping method, or will be accessible through Origin.

    Note: you will receive a confirmation email when your item ships.

    Purchases made through the Origin Store Page will differ from purchases made from the Origin Beta client.

    You will need to check your Origin client purchases & order information from within the client itself.

    To view your Origin Client order details:

    1. Log in to the Origin Client.
    2. Click on Help.
    3. Click on Order History.

    NOTE: If you pre-order games on the Origin Store website, you will not see them in your Origin client order history.
    Click here to view your Origin Store purchase history.

I really hope that the origin system itself can be much more unity to prevent users to be confused.
