I just learned that there's no free-roam pursuits...
I don't know if you guys already knew this but apparently this is a thing. The only way to start a pursuit is through a bait crate. I mean...really? Come on.

I heard a rumor that multi-player will have cops in free roam. What's up with that?
If that's the case, there will be even nore outrage because it shows they have the capability but didn't use it. Its probably a ploy to get peoole to play online and do microtransactions.
