i lost Game CD but still have serial number

Hello.  Many years ago i have bought a game ''Need For Speed Underground 2'' and i have only Disc 1 and lost Disc 2 , i also have serial number of the game . Please tell me if there is a way to download or get the Disc 2 . i don't want to buy the whole game again .
