Hi guys, it makes perfect sense that you are angry but please remain civil when you're posting on Answers HQ. AHQ is a player-to-player platform so you're essentially shouting at other players and no one likes to be shouted at.
Regarding the issues you are reporting, the dev team is aware of some issues with the save data and the Cloud. Right now we would recommend to do the following:
If you're seeing the tutorial stage of Need for Speed: No Limits again, but have previously had your game logged in to Google Plus or Game Center, you may simply need to log back into your profile your save from our servers.
If you've manually uninstalled then reinstalled your game and returned the tutorial stage, and had not previously had your game connected to Google Plus or Game Center. I'm afraid that your save data has been lost and cannot be restored.
If your unsaved data was lost due to a game crash or update, or if a previously saved game is not appearing after reconnecting, please contact Firemonkeys' team for technical support.
That copy paste is not helpful at all... I've lost every single thing, the monthly gold in-app, the progress, the cars, the gold, the money, EVERYTHING.
The reset was supposed to reset progress but not losing parts, cars, gold, or money, just progress... restore my save with my lvl and everything or refund my purchase to uninstall it and forget about this game.
Every time I give a chance to EA they ruin it... and the lack of support makes it worst. (Yes, I have contacted Firemonkeys and they are not responding to my ticket...)
