I lost my progress game NFS heat
Gave me a message saying my save was corrupted and now when I launch the game I am level 1 no progress.
- Platform (or client): PC, Steam
- EA ID (PSN ID/Gamertag): Connorfrmscarbz
- Did you receive an error message?: Yes
- Did this happen after reinstall Heat, or after your last session?: Launched the game after a while said progress was out of sync, they were both the same date and time so I selected the local save. Then launched the game and said corrupt file.

If your save has been corrupted we would be unable to restore the progress, This is because saves are kept locally on your machine versus an online game like Apex Legends.
We can try going through the following steps to help prevent this in future playthroughs.
- Default your PC to the dedicated Graphics card: Troubleshooting Graphics issues
- Repair your game via the EA App - Repair (Library > Tile Dots > Repair)
- Clear EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
- Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
- Run the System File Checker tool, then Check for Windows and GPU updates
- Restart your device in Clean Boot mode first then try again.
