I never received my personalized launch trailer...

Question

There are no buts about it, I have really enjoyed my time with Need For Speed Heat Studio, so when I found out about the heat wave event, which dropped with the Need For Speed launch trailer, where you could have a personalized version of it with your car replacing the kickass Polestar, that was a no brainer too. But here is the problem, I've sent my email 10 times since the launch trailer premiered (yes, I've counted), but I never got my trailer, no notifications, no emails, no gallery, nada. Did the bot miss my email or something? I really wanted to see my Acura RSX-S in action in trailer form. Hopefully, a developer comes across this so I&nbsp;and other players who had this problem can get our trailers, but in the meantime, here's my Teggy!

Bor., I have the same problem with you. Even worse. I send my email address so many times but never get massage back. And some of my car just disappear!like my m3 and Dodge.&nbsp; I hope them could tell what is happening.&nbsp;

I was told that the personalized trailer was never a promo and never existed by one of the game specialists recently but before by other support staff i was assured that i would receive mine before the game launches and it never happened and when i tried to contact the team they said it never existed and they cant help and when i checked they deleted the heat wave post on the official website and also unlisted all the videos on the nfs studio youtube channel and im really disappointed help me out here please
