I think that every car should reach 399 with a small fee.

There are lots of cars that should reach LVL399. That including the cover car itself, the Nissan Skyline R34 GTR, and also other cars like the Subaru brz premium or the Nissan Silvia S15 or many other...

I want this too. There is almost no point in upgrading cars that are limited to 299, even if you like those cars and want to use them, there is really no point in them.
