If I download NFS hot pursuit remastered onto my PS4 can I transfer it to my PS5

If I download NFS hot pursuit remastered onto my PS4 can I transfer it to my PS5 console for free or do I have to buy it again on my PS5??

    It would be playable as standard PS4 backwards compatibility on PS5, so there wouldn't be a need to buy it again.
