I'm done

I have tried 2 game discs and now have downloaded the game for $20. 20 dollars for a game to freeze up before I hit a loading screen. I tried all the troubleshooting steps and it still freezes on me. I would love for this game to be fixed. I played it when it first came out, and I love it. But buying it again for it to not work. Pleas, please fix this problem.
