Please make the events easier EA, they're impossible"
I've been a completionist when it comes to trophies for 6 years now, I've obtained all the trophies in every Need for Speed title, I've obtained all trophies in GT5, GT6 and all the F1 games released. I wouldn't say I'm the best at racing games, in fact i'm far from it, and i'm definitely up for a challenge, however this update has somewhat upset me, I understand the concept of prestige, I actually enjoy the challenge per-say, however the gold requirements needed for the trophy are completely ridiculous, silver and bronze are doable with some practice but gold is something completely different, this needs to change. As a completionist I feel like my 6 years of maintaining and obtaining trophies to a 100% standard has been ruined by this update. Please lower the times for gold so I don't feel like worst decision I made was buying this game because of this one update. The game is great, the challenge is great, the times necessary for gold are not!

yep im very annoyed at the inconsistency within this game.why make the plat and everything else easy and then put some impossible(for average players like me)dlc in the game. it makes no sense whatsoever to do that. im hoping ea and ghost come to their senses and let us get bronze for the trophy, considering the trophy itself is bronze and not even a gold. i was enjoying this game, apart from its extremely poor handling model, the cars are great and graphics are great, but this has just ruined it for me now and many others.please ea read this and do something about it.
- While nerfing the challenges, a serious look is needed at the "win all events in a speedlist" trophy and achievement the game is too inconsistent to get this based on skill alone.
After winning 4 out of 5 events I was spawned into a wreck at the beginning of the fifth race.
Please add a private speedlist option so we can race with our friends. This will add more fun to the game and take away the frustration of always trying to win 5 so we can all play without frustration. - Anonymous9 years ago
no they release need for speed games now with no effort at all and yes they are humans but they've got a sickness its called greed
only reason i played this is because it was an easy 100% to complete! the game is horrible they've not made a good need for speed since carbon even tho that had a glitched achievement! it was still i really great need for speed game
same goes with fifa and any sport game milking it out because people are stupid to buy it every year with no big changes in the game except updated players wonder why i don't buy these games

Dear developers,
for the first time i'm writing in such forums because what I saw in the latest DLC was completely unprofessional of you. No I'm not the next wining gamer looking for an easy trophies. Just for your information I'm after a plat in Dirt Rally which is also extremely difficult game to play. But there is really a matter of good driving and skills and the times are really achievable. What I saw in your latest DLC is quite unrealistic times which has to be beaten. Additional to this I have to cross my fingers especially for the longest races some random traffic car not to appear 10 meters in front of me out of nowhere like a GHOST (hope this is not why you have named your studio after). Don't forget that the trophies are supposed to be hard but at most they have to be fun. I don't find your cheap way to keep the gamers playing NFS suitable. It's not the idea to put only times that are not reachable and hope that the players will spend 40-50 hours more just retrying already completed events. Keep this in mind and try asking yourself if you are going to ruin the reputation of the game. - Anonymous9 years ago
First I want to apologize for my bad english (with a website translated). But I have to say, is absolutely essential. The conditions for silver or gold are absolutely worn and even for experienced players not feasible. I have the impression that the world records have been taken on the routes here. At this time, very few people come ran. Against a prestige mode is generally nothing wrong, I myself also advocate always beautiful challenges in games. But something like this DLC I have ever experienced in all the years. I have to bring the compulsory and the motivation of each game to 100% and could even eventually any challenge to master. But this DLC and these times are beyond good or evil. Therefore, I agree with all the other people here with a request to reduce the requirements for the trophies.

They need to be changed, make bronze become the gold requirements and go down from there. If people still want bragging rights you could introduce a platinum medal after they fix the current requirements for gold. It sucks because 95% of people will not get these gold requirements, and for trophy hunters like myself, its a real cheap shot. The 5% of people that can actually manage to get gold dont even care about trophies and are die hard NFS players. Hope my imput could help change gold requirements in anyway 🙂

I just want to toss in my support for this thread. I was very excited about this game, and based on the original trophy list was super jazzed that I could play Need For Speed on the TV without fear of trashing my 100% completion. The prestige events seem pretty great, the speedlist trophy is a bit of a bummer, but this gold on all events trophy feels like an extreme betrayal of trust.
Reducing the gold requirements (or otherwise the trophy requirement) while introducing a platinum time for the die-hards & super competitive sounds like a great idea to maintain a more reasonable and consistent difficulty with the main game. It would keep the extreme and wildly unfair challenge for those that want to go up against it without actively alienating everyone else.
