Let me start off by saying the new Need For Speed had a rough start. I bought it regardless because I just love need for speed and had plenty of reasons to enjoy it despite what it was missing. And so...
yeah even GTA5 and project cars is getting it. I think this all has to do with licencing. they simply can import any car they want and give just any features. plus if they did have full right to make the customization, they would not put it in unless all the other cars are able to do so with a licence agreement.
