Infinite loading screen NFS 2015 for XBOX One

I have bought NFS 2015 for x box one and it has 30 minutes in the loading screen. Where can a get a refund for this.

    The infinite loading screen issues has since been resolved in a patch.

    I actually had this happen to me just this morning. Has been playing without issue and it will say loading, get to 100% and just hang there. The music continues playing and the wheel spins but no other functionality occurs. Even after going back to the home menu and quitting the game, then returning it'll do the same thing. I powered off the Xbox One and restarted everything, then it worked.

    Same problem... I restarted my xbox every way imaginable, restarted the game and NOTHING WORKS!!! This is BRUTAL, I paid $80 to have get an infinite loading screen??!! Get your act together EA.
