ingame cinematic tool for NFS payback
It would be great to get a update with a cinematic tool option for video editing im pretty sure lot of people will have fun with it and some great movies would be made.
I like this idea.

- Thank you very much for reading it and hope we can see this in the future the idea for the cinematic tool is like you can record the game offline or online and u can go in a editor mode and there u can make your movies just like camera moving and editing slowmotion anf etc. By the way nfs payback is a beautiful game cars looking amazing reflections are sweet and lights are a masterpiece thank you much for sharing Payback with us great work keep going.

A tool like this is already out since the game launched.
Its called "Cinematic tools" made by Hatti Watti, ive been using them for ever now.
Yes. You can get banned by it but it never happend to anyone., Im taking my chances.. Its great and so much better than the one in game imho.. Im not going to link it here as its against the ToS but you can google it and download it for youself. (PC ONLY)
