Intel driver version xx.xx.15.4251 Need for Speed 2015

I bought the game about 6 months ago. And I couldn't play even once. When I click the game on Steam Im getting the same error.(I will post the photo and DxDiag below).If I entered the game my keyboar...

Have you tried reinstalling your game and updating your CPU and GPU drivers?

Yes @danisoff. You replied to my other post, remember? Still the same problem and EA Support Team is too afraid to reply anymore.

    Honestly, I forgot. Did you make any progress with the support team? What was their last instruction?

      Live support suggested that I download the oldest drivers. Again, it didn't work because my graphics card doesn't have a driver released in 2015.
