Invalid Serial Key

 Hi folks! I just bought a copy of NFS Hot Pursuit and after the instalation process I give the serial key that came with the game and the activation process tells me that the code is invalid. The weird thing is that Origin recognizes the code as a code for NFS Hot Pursuit and I can download the game and install it, but, when I run the game, the activation process of the game comes up again and ask me for the serial one more time and keeps telling me that is invalid, so I can't play the game either way.

 What can I do to solve this problem? I want to play the game that I bought and I can't.

Hoping to ear from you very soon so I can go back to my game and play it.
