Is multiplayer mostly unplayable for anyone else? Erratic car behavior.

When I meet other players with AllDrive, their cars are usually moving erratically back and forth and side to side on the road, kind of like when you run into very laggy players in other racing games. This seems to be the norm so far with this game.

I wonder if this has to do with the poor CPU utilization and the games speed being linked to fps.
