Is Need for speed Rival Complete worth getting?

I heard you can't pause the game. But, it is on sale.

I'm a huge fan of the hot pursuit franchise. I heard that game was buggy as hell on release. i don't want to buy a game that I am unable to play. The rivals forums is down. I own the 2010 Hot pursuit. I bought Need for speed The run only to be disappointed to see locked contents requiring to own Limited Edition when I first start campaign. You can't even buy the Limited Edition on Origin. WTH EA. Why are you not selling Need for speed the Run limited edition like Hot Pursuit?

I check the remake of Need for speed(2015) and Payback. Was planning to buy it but, nope. When I try to purchase the game it showed that Deluxe version of both Need For Speed (2015) and Payback Deluxe on sale, but I cannot buy it because you require subscription. Another WTH EA. I see Deluxe Version upgrade for $12.99 and it isn't even on sale. So nope on the new NFS. Payback Delux version has lock story content. If you are going to have story/extra race challenge content, don't make them unobtainable. That just ruins the franchise like the original Hot Pursuit 2 for PS2.

    @makemap Too be honest if you loved the Hot Pursuit games, its three of them but i bet you know that. Anyway you have played High Stakes too, its similiar too HP just a thad better. Rivals took the best from Hot pursuit and High Stakes, its a fun game and it was the last game. Where you can play as both cop and racer, most of bugs are solved. Yes there still some bugs and glitches, but except from that its fine. The story is meeh, but you can arrest friends in free roam and races etc. So my advice is buy it if its on sale, but buy it on consoll because i think there are more players online, then on pc after what i have understand.
