It didn't recognize my account?

During installation NFS carbon from original disk it didnt recognize my account and after few attempts it didnt give any more options and i continue installation without  registration... After finish...

    Hi @hejzim,

    Older games might give you issues if you try to install them from your disc. Please contact a Game Advisor and see if they can swap your game for a digital download, that should solve the issues.
