item retrieval error

I cannot access the store. My Google account has been verified and connected to the app. I've tried removing the app from my account and re-authenticating it again, but it wasn't fixed. I've tried installing the game again, and still, nothing.

The error says "ITEM RETRIEVAL FAILED. The store items could not be retrieved. Please check your Google Play credentials and try again."

I'm having the exact same problem. The problem finished after my first month's purchase expired. Any idea how to fix this?? Cannot see or make any additional purchases, even after re-downloading the app.

Thanks for the response. I saw that tip before but I didn't see any information as to how to contact them or anything. In Google Play it links you to their email address...I emailed them and it links to this blog...so who do you actually contact to get the refund or issue fixed? Any phone number to call, etc?

On that page, choose your game (Need for Speed: No Limits) then click the "Technical Support" link to create a ticket. You need to register on the website to submit a ticket.
