Item Synchronization Error:40050000 [PC]

Question

I played this morning and grind all the collectibles to unlock the Ferrari Pista 488..Right after i jumped back to the game at night...It got a synchronization error, Not just me but my friend living same house as mine had the problem as well...
Is it Cloud Server problem or what?
if my connection,I already restart my router and connection and it still failed...

EA/Ghost Games,
Please highlight this issue or anybody that has a solution,it will be a huge help.

So far i have do this things to fix it:
Already restart my router/modem [Failed]
Delete %temp% and %appdata% [Local/Origin] [Failed]
