Just a credit / debit card no cashu or boku pay by mobile for arabic countries ?

There was no reason to make your text in all-caps, bold and to make your letters that big. I have therefor edited your text and removed that, it is now normal.

Now about the problem, it maybe that your region does not support those payment methods. Please use only payment methods that are supported in the store.
