Keyboard doesnt work after resolution change

Hey guys, I'd like you all to know it's still a problem in 2018, but I've got a fix:

Use a controller.

My keyboard still don't work, but the controller obviously does.

(Running on Windows 10 at 3200x1800 res, but works at any resolution with a [compatible] controller. Also, no need to fiddle with Origin Compatibility settings or manually altering the NFS Rivals game settings files...)
