Koenigsegg Agera One DLC

After installing the DLC it doesn't appear in my garage,despite the update . I know it's unlockable after level 21 in both factions , but shouldn't it appear at least locked in the garage ?!

    i have been trying to find anwsers to this problem for 3 days now..

    The problem is still there. Cars do not show up. I have levels 61 for both the cop and the racer career. After the DLC is installed the cars don't show up in the garage
